Educational Qualification
- Attendant Operator: B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Maths / Industrial Chemistry)
- Fitter: Matric + ITI (Fitter Trade)
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in respective Engineering discipline
- Data Entry Operator: 12th Pass (Skill Certificate required for Code 111)
Minimum 50% marks required (45% for SC/ST/PwBD candidates).
Age Limit (As on 31-01-2026)
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 24 Years
- Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST – 5 Years
- OBC (NCL) – 3 Years
- PwBD – 10 Years
Selection Process
No Written Exam.
- Selection based on percentage of marks in qualifying examination
- Merit List in descending order
- Document Verification
- Pre-Engagement Medical Fitness Test
Preference will be given to candidates applying for apprenticeship for the first time.
Stipend
Monthly stipend will be paid as per Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and Corporation guidelines.
How to Apply for IOCL Apprentice 2026?
Step 1: Register on NAPS/NATS Portal
- Codes 101, 102, 110, 111 → Apply through NAPS Portal
- Codes 104, 105, 106, 107 → Apply through NATS Portal

Step 2: Submit Microsoft Form
After applying on NAPS/NATS, candidates must submit additional details via Microsoft Form.
Both Step I & Step II are mandatory.
