AP Teachers Work Adjustment Schedule 2026 – Complete Details: The Andhra Pradesh School Education Department has officially released the Work Adjustment Schedule 2026 for teachers. The schedule outlines the complete process for identifying surplus teachers, validating school-wise requirements, conducting counselling at Mandal and Divisional levels, and issuing final work adjustment orders through the LEAP App.
The work adjustment process will be conducted from 1st July 2026 to 9th July 2026 in a phased manner.

01 July 2026 IT Section prepares school-wise requirement and surplus data based on UDISE. MEO verifies the data and DEO collects willingness from eligible School Assistants for High School Plus.
02 July 2026 DEO validates and freezes the data. Subject-wise seniority list for High School Plus is finalized.
03 July 2026 IT prepares management-wise, cadre-wise and subject-wise seniority lists. High School Plus counselling is conducted.
04 July 2026 Mandal-level counselling for surplus teachers.
05 July 2026 Mandal work adjustment completed and proposals submitted through LEAP App.
06 July 2026 Divisional-level adjustment process begins.
07 July 2026 Divisional counselling conducted and final proposals submitted to DEO.
08 July 2026 Remaining surplus teachers adjusted between neighbouring divisions, wherever required.
09 July 2026 DEO issues final work adjustment orders through LEAP App.
Important Points
