1. Issue:

School Data Base lo Mother Adhar Details & Father Adhar Details enter cheyaledu kanuka NA Chupistundi. But Student and mother both are in same Household which option to be selected?

Solution:

Select "Mother Aadhaar Wrong" option and Enter Correct Mother Aadhaar.

2. Issue:

Provide a option enter Guardian aadhaar number.

Solution:

Guardian Option has been provided in all scenarios.

3. Issue:

Student, mother same UID lo father UID daggara mother UID enter chesi vundi, ippudu mother UID update chestunta tesukovadam ledu.

Solution:

Select "The mentioned Aadhaar Belongs to" option and Select "Student" option. System will prompt for Mother Aadhaar. Enter Mother Aadhaar and submit.

4. Issue:

Solution:

As per the IT Act, Full Aadhaar number should not be shown. System will validate the entered Aadhaar with HH data. If not matching, error message will be populated.

Solution:

Select the option "Student not belong to this SGSW code" and submit. Such cases will be pushed to Child HH tagged SGSW code.

6. Issue:

Student and mother aadhaar same.

Solution:

Select "The mentioned Aadhaar Belongs to" option and Select "Student" option. System will prompt for Mother Aadhaar. Enter Mother Aadhaar and submit.

7. Issue:

Student not in HH & Mother in HH.

Solution:

At present capture Student Aadhaar and submit the form. In the eKYC module, option will be provided to select the Mother Aadhaar from the respective HH data.

8. Issue:

In School Education data Verification Cluster 11 showing no data found.

Solution:

No action required.

9. Issue:

NBM login lo phone number required ani chupistundi.

Solution:

As per the IT Act, Phone number should not populate in the portals.

10. Issue:

Parents are living in Gulf and student is living with guardian.

Solution:

Option will be provided in eKYC module for such scenario.

11. Issue:

Wrong mother mapping in school data.

Solution:

Select "Student not belong to this SGSW code" and submit.

12. Issue:

School data lo wrong mother Aadhaar enter chesaru.

Solution:

Select "Mother Aadhaar Wrong" option and Enter Correct Mother Aadhaar.

13. Issue:

Mother died, father not living with family, child living with guardian.

Solution:

Select the option "Parents died, Student living with Guardian".

14. Issue:

Mother/Student Aadhaar wrong unte Welfare login lo change cheste saripothunda?

Solution:

Updating in Beneficiary Management Portal is sufficient.
