NISHTHA FLN – Who Should Complete?
The NISHTHA FLN target group includes School Heads and Teachers of Pre-Primary to Class 5. In Andhra Pradesh, eligible School Heads and teachers of Primary and Upper Primary schools handling Pre-Primary/Classes I-V who have pending earlier NISHTHA FLN courses/modules must complete the applicable rerun.
All newly recruited teachers falling under the prescribed NISHTHA FLN target group are also required to complete the notified rerun mandatorily.

📱 How to Access NISHTHA Courses Through LEAP?
Andhra Pradesh School Education users are instructed to access DIKSHA through the DIKSHA tile available in the LEAP App.
- Open the LEAP App on your mobile.
- Login using your official LEAP User ID and Password.
- Open the DIKSHA option/tile inside LEAP.
- Open DIKSHA Courses.
- If prompted, install/open the DIKSHA Courses App.
- Tap “LOGIN with DIKSHA”.
- If authentication is required, select “Login with State System”.
- Continue using the same LEAP credentials.
- Open the applicable course using the direct link or QR code.
- Enrol and complete all course resources, activities and assessment requirements.
- After completion, verify/download the certificate from the same State-linked profile.
The official SOP specifically instructs teachers to use the State-linked credentials and the LEAP/DIKSHA route for course access.
⚠️ Do Not Create a Separate DIKSHA Account
- Do not create a new DIKSHA account for the NISHTHA rerun.
- Do not switch between LEAP login and personal mobile/email login.
- Use the same State-linked DIKSHA profile for enrolment.
- Use the same profile for course progress and assessment.
- Use the same profile for certificate verification.
- If previous NISHTHA history is missing, contact the Mandal/District DIKSHA Coordinator first.

📝 Course Completion Requirements
Teachers must complete the applicable course resources, activities and assessment requirements within the notified closing date. After successful completion, the certificate should be downloaded or verified from the same State-linked profile.
📊 NISHTHA Monitoring Responsibilities
The proceedings direct DEOs, MEOs and School Heads to closely monitor enrolment, completion and pending cases. District-level monitoring is to be carried out at least twice every week with the objective of achieving 100% completion of the identified mandatory target group.
