CPCL Recruitment 2026 – Educational Qualification
1. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Production)
Candidates should possess a 3-year Diploma in Chemical / Petroleum / Petrochemical Engineering / Technology or B.Sc. with Chemistry as a major subject from a recognized institution/university.
Minimum marks required are 60% for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% for SC candidates against reserved positions.
In addition, candidates must have a minimum of 3 years relevant post-qualification work experience in continuous process units of Refining, Chemical, Petrochemical, Fertilizer or Gas Processing industries.
2. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Mechanical)
A 3-year Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized Institute/University with at least 60% marks for General/OBC/EWS candidates and 55% marks for SC/PwBD candidates against reserved positions is required.
Candidates should also have at least 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in maintenance of rotary and stationary equipment in refinery, petrochemical, chemical, fertilizer, power plant or large industrial establishments.
3. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Electrical)
Candidates must possess a 3-year Diploma in Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering from a recognized institution/university with the prescribed minimum percentage.
A minimum of 3 years relevant post-qualification experience in maintenance of electrical equipment such as motors, transformers, generators, HT/LT switchgear, UPS, battery banks, chargers and variable frequency drives is required.
4. Junior Engineering Assistant-IV (Instrumentation)
