CSIR CECRI Apprentice Age Limit
The age will be calculated as on 10 August 2026.

Age relaxation is applicable to reserved category candidates according to Government rules.

ITI Apprentice Eligibility
Except for Glass Former and Processor, candidates applying for Trade Apprenticeship should have passed the relevant trade under the NCVT pattern designated by the Director General of Employment & Training.
Candidates should also be registered as Trade Apprentices on the NAPS portal before the date of the walk-in interview.
For the Glass Former and Processor position, candidates should have passed the 8th standard from a recognized school.
Graduate & Diploma Apprentice Eligibility
Graduate candidates should possess the required full-time Degree from a recognized University or Institution.
Technician Apprentice candidates should possess a full-time Diploma in Engineering or Technology in the relevant discipline from a recognized Board, Council, University or Institution.

Graduate and Technician candidates who passed their qualifying examination in the following years are eligible:

Who Is Not Eligible?

Important Instruction Regarding Result Date
If the date of declaration of the qualifying examination result is not mentioned on the candidate's mark sheet, the candidate must submit a certificate mentioning the date of publication of the result.
The certificate should be issued by the Principal of the Polytechnic, College or Institute where the candidate completed the Diploma or Degree course.
Reservation of Vacancies
