Educational Qualification
Office Assistant (Multipurpose)
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or equivalent. Proficiency in the prescribed local language is required and working knowledge of computers is desirable. 3
Officer Scale I
A Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognised university or equivalent is required. Preference may be given to candidates with degrees in areas such as Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, IT, Management, Law, Economics and Accountancy. Local-language proficiency and computer knowledge are also specified. 4
Officer Scale II – General Banking Officer
Candidates need a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks and two years of experience as an officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
Officer Scale II – Specialist Officers
Specialist posts include IT Officer, Chartered Accountant, Law Officer, Treasury Manager, Marketing Officer and Agricultural Officer. The required qualification and experience vary according to the specialist post.
Officer Scale III
Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 50% marks and at least 5 years of experience as an Officer in a Bank or Financial Institution.
