Educational Qualification
Zonal Head
Graduation from a Government-recognised University or Institution is mandatory. MBA in Banking, Finance or Marketing with 60% and certifications such as CFP, CFA and relevant NISM certifications are preferred.
Investment Specialist
Candidates should possess a relevant PG Degree or PG Diploma in Finance, Accountancy, Business Management, Commerce, Economics, Capital Markets, Banking, Insurance or Actuarial Science, or CA/CFA qualification. A minimum of 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience is required.
VP Wealth
Graduation from a Government-recognised University or Institution is mandatory. MBA in Banking, Finance or Marketing with 60% and certifications such as NISM, CFP or CFA are preferred. Candidates require relevant experience in sales and marketing.
AVP Wealth
Graduation is mandatory. Preference is given to candidates having postgraduate qualifications in Finance, Marketing or Banking and certifications such as NISM, CFP or CFA. Relevant sales and marketing experience is required.
SBI SCO Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process consists of shortlisting followed by one or more rounds of Personal, Telephonic or Video Interview and CTC negotiations.
