All the Departments of Secretariat are informed that the next meeting of the Council of Ministers will be held on Thursday, the 2nd January, 2025 at 11.00 AM in the Cabinet Meeting Hall, 1" floor of Building No.1, A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi.
2. The Special Chief Secretaries/Principal Secretaries/Secretaries to Government of all Departments of Secretariat are requested to send the proposals (3 signed copies of each) in the prescribed format as detailed in the Cabinet Hand Book duly following the instructions issued in the reference 1 cited, to the General Administration (Cabinet.I) Department scrupulously by 04.00 P.M. on 30.12.2024, The Departments are also requested to furnish soft copy of the Cabinet Memorandum in Word/ PDF formats and also to furnish soft copies of Power Point Presentations (PPTs) duly limit PPT to maximum 4 slides only. The Secretary concerned shall handover the draft resolution in O/o. the Chief Secretary and Press Note (two copies) to the Deputy Director, I&PR., available in the waiting hall, immediately after the discussion is completed on the subject.
3. The Special Chief Secretaries/ Principal Secretaries/ Secretaries to Government of all Departments of Secretariat are requested to send the proposals within the above stipulated time duly following the A.P. Government Business Rules and Secretariat instructions scrupulously.
