Subject: Revised Instructions for Schools with SSC Examination Centers
Good evening, all the RJDSEs and DEOs in the State are informed that:
1. Instructions were issued to run the schools which have SSC examination centres in the afternoon session i.e., from 1.30pm to 5.00pm even on non-examination days i.e., the day when there is no SSC Exam.
2. But it has been brought to the notice that the children are facing confusion due to changes in the school timings.
3. After reviewing the circumstances, it is decided to restore the old timings.
4. The schools which are having SSC examination centres shall function in the afternoon session from 1.30pm to 5.00pm on examination days and from 7.45am to 12.30pm on non- examination days as was done previously.
5. The RJDSEs and DEOs are requested to make a note of it and issue instructions to the field level officers accordingly.
