ORDER:
The attention of all the Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State are invited to the reference read above wherein it is informed that the admissions into Intermediate I year is in process and the last date for submission of application is 22.05.2025 through the above websites. The admission will be on merit basis as per reservation rules.
In this regard, it is informed that the Principals are requested to give wide publicity and to put their best efforts for full enrollment in Intermediate I Year.
A Press notes shall be issued in local Newspapers regarding the Intermediate Admission procedure, cut off dates etc., under news items.
Meetings with students, teachers, parents etc., may be organized to publicize the objectives of Intermediate courses in Model Schools and their importance.
Pamphlets to be printed and distributed in surrounding villages of Model Schools narrating the advantages of studying intermediate in Model Schools.
Banners/Posters shall be displayed in prominent places i.e. at O/o Mandal Revenue Officer, Mandal Resource Centres in Village Secretariats and other important places in Mandal.
Ensure 100% optimum I year Intermediate Admissions are completed in every school.
Soon after the Merit list is released, immediately prepare Selection lists and ensure that 100% optimum admissions are completed for VI Class also.
Therefore, all the Principals of A.P. Model Schools in the State are requested to start wide publicity regarding the Intermediate admissions through various means Flexi, banners, phamplets, newspaper, local TV, cable TV as news items and door to door campaign using the funds from the Head of Account 130/137 under Administrative expenses.
