5. e-Mail dated: 18.03.2025 of the Director, School Education, A.P, Amaravati.

6. e-Mail dated:20.03.2025 and 24.03.2025 from the Director, KPMG Advisory Services Private Limited (KASPL).8

7. From the DSE., e-file No: ESE02-28/6/2025-PLG-CSE (Comp. No:2726563), Dated: 07.04.2025.

ORDER:

In the G.O.4th read above, the Government has accorded permission to engage the services of M/s. KPMG India Services LLP, for setting up of Project Management Unit (PMU) consisting of 10 Members for School Education Department. The PMU shall function as per the Terms of Reference (TOR) based on NICSI rates as approved by the Screening Committee Meeting held on 09.01.2025, for a period of 12 months at a cost of ₹5,12,36,498/- to be met from the Management Cost of Samagra Shiksha.

2. In the 7th letter read above, the Director of School Education, A.P., Amaravati, has submitted a proposal to modify the orders issued in G.0.4th read above, specifying that the name 'M/s. KPMG India Services LLP be changed to 'KPMG Advisory Services Private Limited (KASPL) instead of 'KPMG India Services LLP'.

3. In the circumstances stated above, the Government, after careful examination of the matter, hereby issue the following ERRATA to the orders issued vide G.O. 4th read above.

ERRATA

"The name of the agency 'M/s. KPMG India Services LLP' as mentioned in G.O.Rt.No.83, School Education (Prog.1) Department, Dated: 05.03.2025, shall be read as 'KPMG Advisory Services Private Limited (KASPL)', in partial modification of the said orders".

4. The Director of School Education and the State Project Director of Samagra Shiksha shall take the necessary action accordingly.
