In the circumstances stated by the CEO, SERP in the reference 3 rd cited, Government hereby accord permission to sanction 89,788 widow pensions @ Rs.4,000 each under spouse category for the gap period from 01.12.2023 to 31.10.2024, with a financial implication of Rs.35.91 cr per month. The expenditure shall be incurred from concerned welfare corporations HOAS DH/SDH 900/901.

2. This Memo. issues with the concurrence of the Finance (FMU-PR&RD, RWS) Department vide their U.O.No.FIN01-FMUOPC(PRRD)/2797770/48/2025-FMU-PRRDRWS, dated 23.04.2025.
