Qualification: Diploma in the respective branch of Engineering from a State Board of Technical Education.
2️General Stream Graduate Apprentices:

- B.Com: 15
- B.Sc (Electronics): 10
- B.Sc (Chemistry): 2
- B.Sc (Computers): 5
Qualification: Degree in the respective field from a recognized university.
3️Engineering Graduate Apprentices:

Qualification: Degree in the respective branch of Engineering/Technology from a recognized university.
Eligibility Criteria
- Technician (Diploma) Apprentices: Must have passed a Diploma in Engineering/Technology, with no more than a 5-year gap between the date of passing and joining.
- General Stream Graduate Apprentices: Must have completed a Degree in the specified discipline, with no more than a 5-year gap.
- Engineering Graduate Apprentices: Must have completed an Engineering Degree, with no more than a 5-year gap.
- Candidates must possess an Original or Provisional Certificate of their qualifying Diploma/Degree.
- Candidates who have already undergone or are currently undergoing apprenticeship training elsewhere under the Apprentices Act, 1961, are not eligible
Reservations
Reservations for EWS, OBC, SC, ST, PH candidates, Ex-Servicemen, and wards of HAL employees will be applied as per the Apprentices Act, 1961, its rules, amendments, and HAL Corporate Office guidelines.
Stipend
A monthly stipend will be provided as per the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961, and its subsequent amendments.
How to Apply: Walk-in Details
Interested and eligible candidates are invited to attend the Walk-in Selection Process with the required documents. Here’s the schedule:

- Diploma Holders: 30th May 2025
- General Stream Graduates: 31st May 2025

Documents Required for Walk-in
For Verification (Originals):
1. Aadhar Card
2. SSC/10th Marks Certificate
3. Birth Certificate (if date of birth is not mentioned in SSC Certificate)
4. Degree/Diploma Certificate and Mark Sheets (all semesters or consolidated)
5. Original/Provisional Certificate of Qualifying Degree/Diploma
6. Reservation/Community/Caste Certificate (SC, ST, OBC, EWS, Ex-Servicemen, PWD/PH), if applicable
For Submission:
1. One set of photocopies of all the above certificates
2. Passport-size photographs
Selection Process
- Selection will be based solely on the marks secured** in the qualifying Diploma, Engineering Degree, or General Stream Degree.
- No written test or interview will be conducted.
- The merit list of selected candidates will be published on www.hal-india.co.in on 30th June 2025
- Shortlisted candidates will receive confirmation emails
Joining Details
- Date of Joining: 24th July 2025
- Selected candidates must report by the prescribed date. Failure to join by this date will result in forfeiture of candidature.
Imortant Instructions:
1. Eligibility Check: Ensure you meet all criteria before attending the walk-in. False or incorrect information will lead to immediate cancellation of candidature.
2. OBC Candidates: Must provide a valid **Non-Creamy Layer Certificate
3. No Prior Apprenticeship: Candidates who have undergone or are undergoing similar apprenticeship training elsewhere are ineligible.
4. Merit-Based Selection: Selection is purely based on academic performance.
5. Accommodation & Travel: Candidates must arrange their own accommodation and travel for the walk-in and joining process.
6. HAL’s Rights: HAL reserves the right to alter vacancy quotas, cancel the advertisement, or modify the selection process. The decision of HAL Management is final.
7. Canvassing: Any form of canvassing will lead to disqualification.
