- Can a teacher on study leave (2024–26) who hasn't completed 5/8 years apply for transfer?
No. - Are study leave vacancies considered clear vacancies?
Yes, but those teachers are not eligible to participate in transfer counselling. - How is surplus status handled for SA teachers with a promotion case?
If one is eligible for HM promotion, junior is compulsorily transferred. If senior is promoted, junior remains. - How are station points calculated for HMs whose school category changed?
Maximum 5 years of service considered for points, combining SA and HM service in the same school. - Are PGTs who served 8 years subject to compulsory transfer?
