While communicating a copy of the reference read above, all the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that the Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT), which is one of the premier institutions of the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, New Delhi, has informed that to organize various training programmes for in-service teachers from primary to senior secondary level, teacher educators (including DIET Lecturers) and administrators. in order to emphasize the need of integrating Cultural Inputs in Pedagogy during the month of July-2025 at different venues.
Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the State are requested to inform and identify the eligible teachers as per eligibility criteria to apply in the prescribed google form on or before 23.06.2025 without fail for onward submission of the same to the CCRT, Ministry of culture, Govt. of India for further course of action in the matter. The selection will be done on a first-come, first-served basis.
The following points are to be noted by the teachers before filling out the Google form for the training programmes.
1) Teachers should be upto 52 years of age at the time of Registration
2) It is requested that female teachers and those belonging to Schedule Castes/Schedule Tribes/Other Backward Classes and those from interior rural, tribal areas up to 52 years of age may be given more preference.
3) It may kindly be noted that only those teachers who are working on regular basis are eligible to participate in the training programmes of the CCRT. Those in-service teachers who have attended any of the above-mentioned training programmes earlier, should neither be deputed nor would be eligible to participate in that programme again.
The norms and conditions mentioned above are to be adhered to get TA and other emoluments by the teachers. The CCRT will be providing free lodging and boarding facilities mandatorily to all the participants. The boarding & lodging arrangements will be made at the venue of the training programme. Free boarding and lodging facilities are provided, which are mandatory for all the participants, being it is a 'Residential mode' of training. Separate arrangements are made for the female Teachers at the venue.
The teacher participants will be reimbursed for Travelling Expenses for attending the training programmes as per the CCRT's norms.
Reimbursed Travelling Expenses will be transferred to the authorised bank account through RTGS/NEFT/ECS, as per details provided by the participants, on successful completion of the training programme.
No Dearness Allowance (DA) will be paid to the participating teachers.
