The attention of all the Erstwhile District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the ref. (1) and (2) read above and they are informed that the work relating to restructuring of the existing non-residential schools run by the State Government, Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad, Municipal and Trial Welfare Departments Schools into (i) Satellite Foundational School (PPI & PP2); (ii) Foundational School (PPI, PP2, Class 1 &2); (iii) Basic Primary School (PPI, PP2, Class 1 to 5); (iv) Model Primary School (PPI, PP2, Class 1 to 5); (v) Upper Primary School (PPI, PP2, Class 1 to 8); vi) High School (Classes 6 to 10); vii) High School (Classes 1 to 10); viii) High School Plus (Classes 6 to 12); ix) High School Plus (Classes 1 to 12) have been completed as per the schedule communicated by the Government duly mapping the schools and allocated the posts duly created and converted.

In view of the above, it is essential to verify the cadre strength of each school to facilitate the timely preparation of salary bills for the affected teachers due to the reapportionment and transfer of teaching staff across various managements, i.e., Government, Zilla Parishad/Mandal Parishad, and Municipal Schools.

Therefore, all the District Educational Officers in the state are hereby requested to depute the concerned staff involved in the school restructuring and transfer process i.e., Superintendent, Assistant Statistical Officer (ASO), and Assistant Planning Officer (APO) to this office along with all relevant records and materials from 23-06-2025 onwards without fail.

TA/DA and lodging charges will be provided to the deputed staff at State  level as per norms in force
