- Junior Officer: 21-25 years
- Assistant Manager: 21-28 years
Educational Qualification:
- Junior Officers: Any Degree from a recognized University with 60% Marks or a CGPA of 6.0 & above
- Assistant Manager: Any Master's Degree from a recognized University with 60% Marks or a CGPA of 6.0 & above
Application Fee
A non-refundable application fee of Rs. 708/- per candidate (inclusive of GST) is required. Bank transaction charges for online payment will be borne by the candidate.

Online Application Process - A Step-by-Step Guide
Before you start your application, ensure you have the following ready:
- Scanned Documents:
- Photograph (4.5cm x 3.5cm)
- Signature (with black ink)
- Left Thumb Impression (on white paper with black or blue ink). (If you don't have a left thumb, you can use your right thumb).
- Handwritten Declaration (on white paper with black ink). The declaration text is: "I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.". Ensure this is in your handwriting and in English only; otherwise, your application will be invalid.
- Ensure all scanned documents adhere to the specifications provided in the advertisement.
- Payment Details: Keep necessary details/documents ready for online payment of the application fee.
- Valid Email ID and Mobile Number: Your email ID and mobile number should remain active throughout the recruitment process, as the bank will send important intimations there. If you don't have one, create it before applying.
Application Steps:
- Go to www.dhanbank.com/careers and click on "APPLY ONLINE".
- Choose "Click here for New Registration" and enter your Name, Contact details, and Email-id. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will be generated and sent via Email & SMS.
- You can save your progress using the "SAVE AND NEXT" tab.
- Carefully fill and verify all details. No changes can be made after clicking "COMPLETE REGISTRATION".
- Ensure your name matches your certificates/identity proof exactly.
- Validate your details and save your application.
- Upload your scanned photograph and signature as per specifications. You will also need to capture and upload a live photograph using a webcam or mobile phone during the application process.
- Fill in other details of the application form.
- Use the "Preview Tab" to review your entire application before "COMPLETE REGISTRATION".
- Click on the 'Payment' Tab and proceed with payment. Payment can be made using Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/Mobile Wallets. Do not press back or refresh during payment to avoid double charges.
- On successful payment, an e-Receipt will be generated. Non-generation means payment failure, so you'll need to log in and repeat the process.
- Click on 'Submit'.
- Take a printout of your e-Receipt and the online Application Form containing fee details.

- Hand-written Declaration (Black Ink on white paper, in English):

- Dimensions: 800 x 400 pixels in 200 DPI (10 cm * 5 cm)
- Size: 50 KB-100 KB
- Declaration in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
Ensure the uploaded images are clear and correctly placed (photo in place of photo, signature in place of signature). Unclear/smudged images may lead to rejection.
Online Examination Structure
The online examination will consist of 200 questions for 200 marks, with a total duration of 120 minutes. Each question will have five options. There will be a penalty for wrong answers, with 0.25 or 1/4 marks deducted.

Call Letter & Identity Verification
Call letters for the online test will be available on www.dhanbank.com/careers. Intimation will also be sent via email/SMS. You'll need your Registration Number/Roll Number and Password/Date of Birth to download it.
On the day of the exam, you must bring:
- Your Call Letter with a recent recognizable photograph affixed (preferably the same as uploaded during registration).
- Original Photo Identity Proof (e.g., PAN Card, Passport, Aadhaar Card) bearing the exact same name as on your call letter.
- A photocopy of the Photo Identity Proof.
Candidates reporting late will not be permitted to take the examination.
