Who Can Apply? (Eligibility Criteria)
This recruitment is specifically for women candidates who meet the following requirements:
- Gender: Must be a female candidate.
- Marital Status: Must be married. Priority will be given to married, divorced, widowed, or separated women living alone.
- Age: Must be between 25 and 45 years of age.
- Residency: Must compulsorily reside within the limits of the concerned Rural Sachivalayam for rural vacancies or Ward Sachivalayam for urban vacancies.
- Education: Must have passed 10th standard.
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to read and write Telugu well.
- Qualities: Should have awareness of health, welfare, sanitation, and maternal health issues, along with good communication skills, leadership qualities, problem-solving initiative, and a positive attitude.

A total of 29 Rural ASHA vacancies and 13 Urban ASHA vacancies have been announced across various PHCs and UPHCs in Kakinada District.
Rural Vacancies include locations such as:
Chebrolu, Duggudru, Gollapalem, Sampara, Komaragiri, Panduru, Samalkota, Turangi, Gollaprolu, Mallam, Nagulapalli, U Kothapalli, Virava, Geddanapalli, Katravulapalli, Surampalem, Kandrakota, Pulimeru, Mulagapudi, Rachapalli, Rowthulapdi, KP Puram, N Suravaram, and Tetagunta.
Urban Vacancies are available in UPHCs located at:
Narasimharaod, Ramaraopeta, Recharlapeta, Rellipeta, Revenue Colony, Pratap Nagar, Indiranagar, Kokilavani Hospital Road, Sankarayyapeta, Amma Namma Naidu Colony, and Gandhinagar.

Applicants must enclose the following self-attested documents along with their application form:
- Filled-in application form with a recent passport-size photograph affixed.
- Self-attested copy of SSC Marks certificate issued by the Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh.
- Resident Certificate attested by the Panchayat Secretary of the concerned Rural Secretariat or Ward Administrator of the concerned Ward Secretariat. This can be supported by a residence certificate issued by the Tahsildar, Ration Card, BPL Card, Voter Card, Aadhaar Card, or Bank Passbook.
- Self-declaration regarding marital status for widowed, divorced, separated, or destitute women.S

- Self-attested copy of Husband Death Certificate (for widows).
- Self-attested copy of Aadhaar card.
