Cluster Complex Meeting Agenda - July 2025

The State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Andhra Pradesh, has issued guidelines for the Cluster Complex Meeting to be held on Saturday, July 19, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM. This meeting is crucial for both primary and high schools, aiming to ensure 100% attendance and engagement from teachers.

Key Information and Responsibilities:

  • Date and Time: July 19, 2025 (Saturday), 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • Attendees: All Govt., Aided, KGBV, and residential school teachers.
  • Attendance: Facial recognition attendance will be marked at 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM.
  • School Schedule on July 19: Half-day school (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM) for students. Mid-Day Meal to be closed by 11:45 AM. Teachers must reach the venue by 1:00 PM.

Responsibilities of the Cluster Complex Headmaster:

  • Ensure 100% attendance and teacher engagement.
  • Provide digital infrastructure and internet connectivity.
  • Ensure smooth session flow as per schedule.
  • Designate and pre-inform Resource Persons (RPs) about the agenda.
  • Ensure teachers submit feedback forms before dispersing.
  • Provide prior intimation of the minute-to-minute program to participants.
  • Submit the monitoring format of the meeting.
  • Ensure proper functioning of IFPs and display of content from shared links.
  • Arrange proper accommodation, seating, water, and sanitation facilities.
  • Identify 7 Subject-wise School Assistants and two senior SGTs as facilitators (one for classes 1-2, one for classes 3-5).
  • The cluster complex first assistant will assist in monitoring SGTs.

Don'ts in the Complex Trainings:

  • No felicitation activities (transfers, promotions, shawls, garlands).
  • No personal parties, birthday parties, visits, or sightseeing.
  • No availing of leaves except for medical emergencies.
  • No discussions on service matters or personnel discussions.
  • No Union Meeting Discussions.

Monitoring Mechanism:

Monitoring will be conducted by RJDSEs, DEOs, APCs, DyEOs, DIET Principals, DIET Faculty, Sectorial officers of District Samagra, MEO-1 & 2, MIS coordinators, and CRPs. Each cluster complex will have one official from District Samagra mapped for monitoring.

Meeting Agenda (Annexure-I):

The meeting is structured into four sessions with a tea break.

  • vii) Review on Completion of Syllabus up to this month (1:50 PM - 2:00 PM)

2:00 PM - 3:00 PM (60 Min) Session 2: (Separate sessions for SGTs dealing 1&2 and 3 to 5)
  • i) "How to use Teacher Handbook?" - Model Lesson using teacher handbook (2:00 PM - 2:45 PM)
  • For Classes 1 & 2: Telugu, Hindi, English, Maths
  • For Classes 3 to 5: Telugu, Hindi, English, Maths
  • ii) Video presentation on Guaranteed FLN (for all primary teachers) (2:45 PM - 2:55 PM)
  • iii) Peer group Discussion on Teacher Handbook, model lesson and guaranteed FLN (2:55 PM - 3:00 PM)
  • i) "How to use Teacher Handbook?" - Model Lesson using teacher handbook (2:00 PM - 2:45 PM)
  • Subject-wise: Physical Science, Biological Science, Social Sciences, Sanskrit, Urdu, PDs & PETs
  • ii) Video presentation on Summary videos (2:45 PM - 2:55 PM)
  • iii) Peer group Discussion on Teacher Handbook, model lesson and Summary videos (2:55 PM - 3:00 PM)
3:00 PM - 3:15 PM (15 Min) Tea break
3:15 PM - 4:00 PM (45 Min) Session 3: (Separate sessions for SGTs dealing 1&2 and 3 to 5)
  • i) Curricular integration in concern classes and subjects (3:15 PM - 3:55 PM)
  • For Classes 1 & 2: Telugu, Hindi, English, Maths
  • For Classes 3 to 5: Telugu, Hindi, English, Maths
  • iii) Peer Group Discussion on curricular integration (3:55 PM - 4:00 PM)
