ORDER:
In the G.O. 4th read above, Government have issued certain guidelines for appointment of retired Government employees on contract / outsourcing basis, duly constituting the two Screening Committees headed by the Chief Secretary to Government and Principal Secretary to Government (Poll) to consider such proposals relating to appointment of retired Government employees.
2. Accordingly, proposals of administrative Departments are being placed before the above Committees and the Committees are recommending for re-appointment of retired employees on contract basis for a period of one year, as per G.O.Ms. No.48, Finance Department, dated: 23.04.2018.
3 Government have reviewed the matter and decides to consider the proposals for re-appointment of retired Government employees beyond one year subject to mutual consent.
4 Accordingly, in partial modification of the orders issued in the G.O.Rt.No. 1466, G.A.(Poll.C)Dept., dated:22.08.2024, Government hereby order that, the Committees constituted in the said G.O, shall consider the proposals for re-appointment of retired Govt., employees on contract basis/outsourcing beyond one year, subject to mutual consent, as per G.O.Ms No.48, Finance Department, Dated:23.04.2018.
