Eligibility Criteria
1. Junior Stenographer
Educational Qualification:
- Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
- Minimum shorthand speed 80 w.p.m. with certificate from Govt. recognized institution (Govt. ITI / Diploma College / NCVT / UGC recognized University).
- Age Limit: Not more than 25 years (as on closing date). Relaxations as per Govt. norms
- Job Role: Stenographic services, typing, photocopying, email/fax handling, file/record maintenance, answering calls, and other clerical duties.
- Selection Process: Written Test + Shorthand Test (qualifying).
Written Test Syllabus:
- Reasoning – 20 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Marks
- General English – 30 Marks
- Descriptive – 30 Marks
2. Office Assistant (Gr. III)
Educational Qualification:
- Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent.
Typing Speed:
- 35 w.p.m. (English) or 30 w.p.m. (Hindi) on computer (equivalent to 10500/9000 KDPH).
- Must be supported by Govt. recognized typing certificate.
Age Limit: Not more than 25 years (as on closing date). Relaxations as per Govt. norms.
- Job Role: Typing, dispatch of letters, photocopying, file maintenance, bill preparation, purchase/store handling, data compilation, cash/cheque handling, and other assigned tasks.
- Selection Process: Written Test + Typing Test (qualifying).
Written Test Syllabus:
- Reasoning – 20 Marks
- Quantitative Aptitude – 30 Marks
- General English – 30 Marks
- Descriptive – 20 Marks
