Eligibility Criteria:
* Age: Candidates must be between 21 and 30 years old as of July 31, 2025. Age relaxations are available for certain categories, including SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), and PwBD (10 years).
* Educational Qualification: A candidate must be a graduate in any discipline from a recognized university. They must have also passed English as a subject at the SSC/HSC/Intermediate/Graduation level.
* Language Proficiency: Candidates must have knowledge of reading, writing, and speaking the regional language of the state or union territory they are applying for. A language test will be conducted for final selection.
Selection Procedure:
* The selection process consists of two online tests: Preliminary and Main Examinations.
* Candidates who qualify in the Main Examination will be shortlisted for a Regional Language Test, which is of a qualifying nature. The final selection is based on the performance in the Main Examination and passing the Regional Language Test.
* A penalty of one-fourth of the marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer in both the Preliminary and Main exams.
