Educational Qualifications
EO/AO: Bachelor’s Degree in any subject from a recognised university.
APFC: Degree of a recognised University or equivalent.

Job Profile & Duties
- Both posts involve responsibilities related to:
- Enforcement, recovery, and administration of EPFO functions.
- Handling accounts, cash, legal, pension, and computer operations.
- Conducting inquiries, settlement of claims, general administration, and MIS returns.
Selection Process
The selection will be made through:
1. Combined Recruitment Test (CRT) – Objective type (2 hours, bilingual – English & Hindi).
Negative Marking: 1/3rd marks deduction for each wrong answer.

The CRT will be held across 78 exam centres in India, including major cities like Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Bengaluru, Lucknow, Mumbai, Patna, Vijayawada, Visakhapatnam, Warangal, etc.
Allocation will be on a first-apply-first-allot basis.
