ORDER:
In accordance with the orders issued vide the G.Os 1st and 2nd cited, recruitment was undertaken for 175 Young Professional posts to support the implementation of Constituency Vision Action Plans (CVAP) under the Planning Department. Following the successful completion of the induction training programme conducted from 4th to 9th August 2025, the services of all 175 are hereby engaged and posted them as Young Professionals to work in CVAP Units across the state as specified in the annexure enclosed to these orders.
The Young Professionals are instructed to report for duty before the Constituency Special Officers concerned at the Constituency Headquarters on or before 14-08-2025. Failure to report within the stipulated time shall result in forfeiture of the appointment.
The consolidated remuneration shall be ₹60,000/- (Rupees Sixty Thousand only) per month, inclusive of all applicable taxes and deductions, as per the terms of engagement.
The appointment is purely temporary and on contract basis for an initial period of one year with effect from 4th August 2025. Continuation beyond the initial term shall be subject to satisfactory performance, conduct, and adherence to APSDPS policies and code of conduct. This engagement shall not confer any right for regularization or absorption into Government service.
The APSDPS is vested the power of transferring any young professional from one constituency to other constituency as per the exigency or on administration grounds at any time in the interest of the organization.
The Constituency Special Officers concerned are requested to admit the Young Professionals allotted to their CVAP Units and report compliance to the Chief Executive Officer, APSDPS, Vijayawada immediately
