Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission (APPSC), Vijayawada has released Notification No.29/2025 (dated 24.09.2025) for Direct Recruitment to the post of Welfare Organiser in A.P. Sainik Welfare Subordinate Service.

Eligible Ex-Servicemen can apply online from 09.10.2025 to 29.10.2025 through the official website psc.ap.gov.in.

Eligibility Criteria

1. Candidate must be an Ex-Service Person.

2. Must have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent.

3. Should be able to read, write, and speak Telugu.

4. Must qualify in the Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) after written exam.

5. Candidate should be of sound health and good character.

Application Process

1. Register/Login with One Time Profile Registration (OTPR) at psc.ap.gov.in.

2. Fill online application form between 09.10.2025 to 29.10.2025 (11:00 PM).

3. Upload required documents, photograph, and signature.

4. Pay the application fee online.

 Application Fee

• Processing Fee: ₹250
• Examination Fee: ₹80 (Exempted for Ex-Servicemen)

Selection Process

1. Written Examination (Objective Type – OMR Based)

• Paper I: General Studies & Mental Ability (150 Qs – 150 Marks – 150 Mins)
• Paper II: Secretarial Abilities (150 Qs – 150 Marks – 150 Mins)
• Negative Marking: 1/3rd mark deducted for wrong answer.

2. Computer Proficiency Test (CPT) – Practical Test (100 Marks, 60 mins).

• Minimum qualifying marks: 40% for Ex-Servicemen.
