Eligibility Criteria

1. Nationality

• Must be an Indian citizen or as per Government rules (Nepal, Bhutan, Tibetan refugee, PIO categories allowed).

2. Age Limit (as on 01.09.2025)

• Office Assistants (Multipurpose): 18 – 28 years
• Officer Scale I: 18 – 30 years
• Officer Scale II: 21 – 32 years
• Officer Scale III: 21 – 40 years
• (Age relaxation applicable for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD/Ex-servicemen)

3. Educational Qualification

• Office Assistants / Officer Scale I: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Officer Scale II (General Banking Officer): Bachelor’s with 50% marks + 2 years experience.
• Officer Scale II (Specialist Officers): Degree in relevant field (IT, CA, Law, Treasury, Marketing, Agriculture) + experience.
• Officer Scale III: Bachelor’s with 50% marks + 5 years banking experience.
• Local language proficiency of the state RRB is mandatory.

• SC/ST/PwBD/ESM: ₹175/-
• Others: ₹850/-

Exam Pattern

• Preliminary Exam (Officers Scale I & Office Assistants)
• Reasoning – 40 Qs / 40 Marks
• Quantitative Aptitude / Numerical Ability – 40 Qs / 40 Marks
• Total: 80 Questions – 80 Marks – 45 minutes

Main Exam

Reasoning, Computer Knowledge, General Awareness, English/Hindi, Quantitative Aptitude – 200 Questions / 200 Marks – 2 Hours

For Officer Scale II & III

Single-level online exam covering Professional Knowledge, Reasoning, Finance, English/Hindi, Quantitative Aptitude
