All the Additional Project Coordinators of Samagra Shiksha in the state are hereby informed that the distribution of SRKVM kits under" Sarvepalli Radha Krishnan Vidyarthi Mitra for the Academic Year 2025-26 is completed.
During the distribution process, certain shortages, mismatches, and damages have been observed in the components of Bags and Shoes. These issues have been identified at the field level by the Additional Project Coordinators, District recharges, and Mandal Educational Officers across the state,and were subsequently brought to the notice of higher authorities during review meetings.
Accordingly reference 2nd and 3rd cited, Orders have been issued to the suppliers of Bags and Shoes to supply the shortages and replace the damages and mismatch quantities.
Further,all the Additional Project coordinator of the state are hereby instructed to furnish the available ground balance of the SRKVM items for the Academic Year 2025-26 for adjustments in nearby districts. The details of the components of Note Books, Oxford Dictionaries, Belts and Uniforms shall be fumished on or before 30.09.2025 in given proformae,
For the components of Bags and Shoes, the process of replacement shall be completed by10.10.2025 i.e.after the replacement by the suppliers.
