Read the following:
1. Gazette Notification No.5/7/2003-ECB&PR, dated 22.12.2003 of Ministry of Finance (Department of Economic Affairs).
2. Gazette Notification No.1/3/2016-PR, dated 31.01.2019 of Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance (Department of Financial Services).
3. G.O.Rt.No.1338, G.A. (SC.A) Dept., dt.15-07-2025.
4. U.O.Note No.100715/FIN01-HROMISC/84/2019-HR-III, dated 10.09.2025 of the Finance (HR.III-PENSION & GPF) Department.
ORDER:
In the circumstances stated by the Finance (HR.III PENSION & GPF) Department in their U.O. Note fourth read above, Government hereby order that, for para-5 of the G.O. third read above, the following para shall be substituted, namely:-
5 (i) The Director of Treasuries and Accounts, A.P., Mangalagiri, being the State Nodal Officer for NPS shall take necessary action to transfer the contribution of the enhanced employer's share from 10% to 14% w.e.f. 01.04.2019 in respect of AIS officers and CCS officers worked and working in regular manner to NPS Trust and in respect of Officers on deputation under Foreign Service terms and conditions in Government of Andhra Pradesh in the relevant Head of Account as per the procedure laid down in G.O.Ms.No.82, Fin (HR.III-Pension & GPF) Dept., dt: 22.06.2023.
(ii) In respect of AIS and CCS Officers on deputation under Foreign Service terms and conditions, the entire employer contribution of 14% shall be borne by the respective Foreign Employer (Borrowing Authority) and remitted through challan service in CFMS for onward transfer to NPS Trust by the State Nodal Officer i.e., DTA.
(iii) The CEO, APCFSS shall make necessary arrangements in CFMS portal by developing a Challan Services for enabling the above said deduction and remittance of enhanced employers' share of 14% along with employee's share of 10% in respect of AIS and CCS Officers only.
(iv)The PAO and CEO, APCFSS shall coordinate the matter with DTA and expedite the matter so as to transfer the amount to NPS Trust for crediting to respective PRAN accounts of AIS and CCS officers regularly."
