Apprentices will be engaged in the following divisions and workshops:
- Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, Ajmer
- Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, Bikaner
- Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, Jaipur
- Divisional Railway Manager’s Office, Jodhpur
- B.T.C. Carriage, Ajmer
- B.T.C. LOCO, Ajmer
- Carriage Workshop, Bikaner
- Carriage Workshop, Jodhpur
Trades Available: Fitter, Electrician, Welder, Carpenter, Diesel Mechanic, Painter, Mason, Pipe Fitter, Computer Operator & Programming Assistant, Stenographer, etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit (as on 02.11.2025)
- Minimum Age: 15 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST – 5 years
- OBC – 3 years
- PwBD – 10 years
- Ex-Servicemen – up to 10 years (as per service rendered)
Educational Qualification
- Must have passed 10th Class (Matriculation) or equivalent with minimum 50% marks.
- Must possess an ITI Certificate in the relevant trade issued by NCVT/SCVT.
Application Fee
- General / OBC ₹100/-
- SC / ST / PwBD / Women No Fee
- Payment should be made online through debit card, credit card, or net banking.
Selection Process
- Selection will be purely based on merit prepared from the average percentage of marks in Matriculation and ITI.
- No written exam or interview will be conducted.
- Final merit list will be prepared Division-wise, Trade-wise, and Community-wise.
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for Document Verification and Medical Examination.
