The State Project Director of Samagra Shiksha, Andhra Pradesh, has issued important instructions regarding the Pool-2 training program for School Heads under SIEMAT (State Institute of Educational Management and Training).
The training is aimed at enhancing the core competencies of school heads from Primary, Upper Primary, and High Schools. The training is conducted in a hybrid format, where the in-person training has already been successfully completed for 14,521 School Heads, and the online component is now made available on the DIKSHA Platform.

Online Training Details
All District Educational Officers (DEOs) and Additional Project Coordinators (APCs) of Samagra Shiksha are instructed to ensure that all school heads under their jurisdiction access and complete the online course.
- Course Platform: DIKSHA Learning Portal
- Course Duration: Until November 24, 2025
- Participants: School Heads of Primary, Upper Primary, and High Schools
- Objective: Strengthening leadership, management, and instructional skills among school heads.
- DEOs and APCs must also monitor and report the completion status of participants regularly.
