CFMS (Comprehensive Financial Management System) is an online platform launched by the Government of Andhra Pradesh to streamline employee salary, HR, and treasury services. Every government employee is assigned a CFMS ID, through which they can access salary slips, GPF details, loan information, and more.

Sometimes, employee data such as Name, PAN, Aadhaar, Date of Birth, Bank Account, or Mobile Number may be entered incorrectly in the CFMS system. In such cases, employees need to submit a CFMS Data Correction Form through their DDO (Drawing and Disbursing Officer) for rectification.

What is the CFMS Data Correction Form?

The CFMS Data Correction Form is an official document used to update incorrect personal or service details of an employee in the CFMS database.

It ensures accurate salary processing, service records, and departmental communications.

You can request correction for the following details:

  • Employee Name
  • Date of Birth
  • Aadhaar Number
  • PAN Number
  • Bank Account Details
  • Mobile Number / Email ID

How to Fill the CFMS Data Correction Form

Follow these simple steps:

1. Download or Prepare the Form

You can use the standard format shown below or obtain it from your DDO Office.

2. Fill Your Basic Details

Enter your name, CFMS ID, designation, and office details.

3. Specify Incorrect and Correct Data

Clearly mention both incorrect and correct values for each field.

4. Attach Supporting Documents

  • Name/DOB correction → SSC Certificate
  • PAN correction → PAN Card copy
  • Bank details → Bank Passbook first page
  • Aadhaar → Aadhaar copy

5. Submit to DDO

Submit the form to your DDO or Treasury Officer for verification.

6. Verification and Update

Once verified, your details will be updated in the CFMS system.

After verification, the Treasury Department will update your details in the CFMS portal.
