Educational Qualification (as on 01.11.2025)
Assistant Manager (RDBS):
- Bachelor’s Degree or Postgraduate in relevant disciplines like:
- Agriculture, Fisheries, Horticulture, Engineering, IT, Finance, etc.
- Minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PwBD).
Assistant Manager (Legal):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law with 60% marks or LLM with 55%.
- Must be eligible for enrolment as an Advocate with Bar Council of India.
Assistant Manager (Protocol & Security):
- Ex-servicemen (Army/Navy/Air Force) Officers with minimum 10 years commissioned service.
Age Limit (as on 01.11.2025):
- Grade A (RDBS / Legal):21 to 30 years
- Protocol & Security: 25 to 40 years
- Age relaxation: SC/ST – 5 yrs, OBC – 3 yrs, PwBD – 10 to 15 yrs.
Application Fee:
- SC/ST/PwBD:₹150
- All Others: ₹850
- NABARD Staff: ₹150 (Refundable)
Selection Process:
Phase I: Preliminary (Online Exam)
Phase II: Mains (Objective + Descriptive)
Phase III: Psychometric Test
Interview: 50 Marks
Final selection will be based on marks in Mains + Interview.
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Pay: ₹44,500/- per month (in the pay scale ₹44,500 – ₹89,150)
Approx. Gross Monthly Salary: ₹1,00,000/-
Includes DA, HRA, Grade Allowance & other benefits.
NPS, Medical facilities, Housing/Lease, Education loans, LTC, etc.
