- Admit Card (E-Call Letter) Release: 4 days before your exam date (e.g., Nov 23, 2025, for a Nov 27 exam)
Note: The intimation slip is NOT the Admit Card. The Admit Card (E-Call Letter) will be released only four days before your scheduled exam date and will contain the full details of your exam center address.
How to Download Your Exam City Intimation Slip
Follow these steps to check your allotted exam city:
- Visit the Official Portal: Go to the centralized application portal for RRB exams: rrbapply.gov.in or the official website of your regional RRB (e.g., rrbcdg.gov.in).
- Find the Link: Look for the link related to "CEN 08/2024 (Level-1) - CBT City-Intimation" or "Link to View/Download CBT City Intimation Slip."
- Log In: On the login page, enter your required credentials:
- Registration Number (User ID)
- Password / Date of Birth
- Captcha Code (if required)

View and Download: Click the "Login" button. Your Exam City Intimation Slip will be displayed on the screen. Download and print a copy for your reference.
