The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued a G.O. for filling up Police Constable and Sub-Inspector posts in the state.

G.O.RT.No. 2770 Dated: 06-11-2025 

Read the following:

Rc.No.A1/APSPF/03/Strength/2025, Dt.23.07.2025 of the DG, APSPF.

The DGP, APSPF in the letter read above have requested to accord permission for filling up of (26) posts of Sub Inspectors and (291) posts of Constables in AP Special Protection Force under direct Recruitment through AP State Level Police Recruitment Board (APSLPRB).

2. Accordingly, after careful examination of the matter, Government hereby accord permission to take up the recruitment in Two phases i.e., (10) Posts in the category of Sub Inspectors & (125) posts in the category of Constables in Financial Year 2026-27 and (9) posts in the category of Sub Inspectors & (120) posts in the category of Constables in Financial Year 2027-28 under direct recruitment quota through A.P State Level Police Recruitment Board in AP Special Protection Force.

3. The Home Department and the Director General, APSPF shall take necessary action to furnish the details of the said vacant posts authorised in this order including the roaster points and qualifications etc., to the APSLPRB., immediately.
