1. VP Wealth (SRM)

Educational Qualification:

Graduation (Mandatory):

• MBA (Banking/Finance/Marketing) or CFP/CFA/NISM certifications (Preferred)

Experience:

• Minimum 6 years in Sales/Marketing in Banks/Wealth Management/AMCs

2. AVP Wealth (RM)

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation (Mandatory)
• PG in Finance/Marketing preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in relevant field

3. Customer Relationship Executive (CRE):

Educational Qualification:

• Graduation from a recognized university

Mandatory Skill:

• Valid two-wheeler driving license

Preferred:

Experience in customer documentation and good communication skills

Salary / Annual CTC

• As per the notification: 
• Post: Max Annual CTC
• VP Wealth: ₹44.70 Lakhs
• AVP Wealth: ₹30.20 Lakhs
• CRE ₹6.20 Lakhs

AVP Wealth (RM):  ప్రభుత్వం గుర్తించిన విశ్వవిద్యాలయం లేదా సంస్థ నుండి గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్. ప్రముఖ పబ్లిక్/ప్రైవేట్/ఫారిన్ బ్యాంకులు/వెల్త్ మేనేజ్‌మెంట్ సంస్థలలో 3 సంవత్సరాల సేల్స్ & మార్కెటింగ్ అనుభవం

Customer Relationship Executive: ప్రభుత్వం గుర్తించిన విశ్వవిద్యాలయం లేదా సంస్థ నుండి గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్. అనుభవం అవసరం లేదు. ఆర్థిక ఉత్పత్తుల డాక్యుమెంటేషన్ అవసరాలు మరియు మంచి కమ్యూనికేషన్ నైపుణ్యాలు ఉంటే మంచిది.

ముఖ్య గమనిక: టీచింగ్ మరియు ట్రైనింగ్ అనుభవాన్ని అర్హత కోసం పరిగణించబడదు.

4. దరఖాస్తు రుసుము:

 * UR/EWS/OBC అభ్యర్థులకు: ₹ 750/- (ఏడు వందల యాభై రూపాయలు మాత్రమే).

 * SC/ST/PwBD అభ్యర్థులకు: ఫీజు/ఇంటిమేషన్ ఛార్జీలు లేవు.

 * దరఖాస్తు రుసుమును ఆన్‌లైన్ మోడ్ (ఇంటర్నెట్ బ్యాంకింగ్/ డెబిట్ కార్డ్/ క్రెడిట్ కార్డ్) ద్వారా చెల్లించాలి.

5. ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ:

ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియలో ఈ కింది అంశాలు ఉంటాయి:

 * షార్ట్‌లిస్టింగ్ (Shortlisting): కనీస అర్హత మరియు అనుభవాన్ని నెరవేర్చినంత మాత్రాన ఇంటర్వ్యూకి పిలవబడరు. బ్యాంక్ నిర్ణయించిన షార్ట్‌లిస్టింగ్ పారామితుల ఆధారంగా తగినంత మంది అభ్యర్థులను ఇంటర్వ్యూకి పిలుస్తారు.

 * ఇంటర్వ్యూ (Interview): షార్ట్‌లిస్ట్ అయిన అభ్యర్థులను వ్యక్తిగత/టెలిఫోనిక్/వీడియో ఇంటర్వ్యూకి పిలుస్తారు. ఇంటర్వ్యూకు 100 మార్కులు ఉంటాయి.

 * CTC నెగోషియేషన్: ఇంటర్వ్యూ సమయంలో లేదా ఆ తర్వాత CTC (Cost to Company) నెగోషియేషన్ నిర్వహించబడుతుంది.

 * మెరిట్ లిస్ట్: ఇంటర్వ్యూలో వచ్చిన మార్కుల ఆధారంగా మెరిట్ జాబితా తయారు చేయబడుతుంది.

6. పోస్టింగ్ స్థలం:

ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు పోస్టింగ్ సాధారణంగా వారు దరఖాస్తు చేసుకున్న/ఎంచుకున్న సర్కిల్‌లోని కేంద్రాలలో ఉంటుంది. ఆన్‌లైన్ దరఖాస్తు సమర్పించేటప్పుడు అభ్యర్థులు తప్పనిసరిగా మూడు వేర్వేరు సర్కిళ్లను ఎంచుకోవాలి.
