What is RBPS?
RBPS (Retirement Benefits Processing System) is an integrated online platform designed to process retirement benefits of Andhra Pradesh State Government employees — from submission of application to final payment of pensionary benefits.
The system is being implemented by the Treasuries and Accounts Department under the supervision of the Government of Andhra Pradesh.

- Retirement benefits will be processed fully online through the NIDHI portal.
- Service Register (SR) data must match HRMS/CFMS records.
- Mandatory Pre-Retirement Service Verification (PRSV).

Essential Documents Required for RBPS Processing

Instructions to Departments & Officers
- DT&AOs, ATO (APCRT Mangalagiri), and Heads of Offices (HOOs) must:
- Verify HRMS/CFMS data with Service Register.
- Update discrepancies through competent authority.
- Submit Service Registers of employees retiring within two years for PRSV.
- Ensure no mismatch between physical SR and online records.
- Guide DDOs/STOs under their jurisdiction for timely corrections.
The circular clearly states that this matter should be treated as “Most Urgent.” All concerned authorities must take immediate action to update records and avoid delays in pension sanction.
