All the District Educational Officers and Additional Project Coordinators, Samagra Shiksha in the State are informed that Pool-3 training for School Heads has been designed in fully online format.
The Pool-1 (In-person training) and Pool-2 (Hybrid model training) covering 17 competencies has already been completed successfully for 24,000 School Heads.
The Pool-3 training will be conducted completely online for the remaining 20,000 School Heads (list enclosed).
The online courses have been developed and uploaded to the DIKSHA platform, ensuring accessibility and wider dissemination.
Further, all Pool-3 School Heads are informed to access and complete the online modules from 09.03.2026 to 31.03.2026 and facilitate monitoring and reporting of completion status.
