- Trainee Posts (SUPT / JOT):
- First 12 Months (SUPT phase): A monthly stipend of ₹12,000/-
- Next 18 Months (Junior Operative Trainee phase): A stipend of ₹15,000/- per month for the first year and ₹15,500/- per month for the remaining 6 months.
- Absorption: Upon successful completion of training, candidates are integrated as regular employees in the TO Grade (₹29,500 - ₹70,000/-) with full perks and allowances.
Selection Process
- Computer Based Test (CBT): An objective online test consisting of 100 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) to be completed in 120 minutes.
- Exam Pattern: 60% Technical/Domain-specific questions and 40% Non-Technical questions (Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, General Knowledge, and English).
- Languages: English and Hindi.
- Negative Marking: There is no negative marking.
- Trade Test: For direct Operator and Technician posts, selection includes a physical/Trade Test. Weightage breakdown: 60% CBT score + 40% Trade Test score.
