Educational Qualification
Candidates must have already passed the required qualification as on 21 August 2026, the date of issue of the notification.
- Must have passed Matriculation (10th Class) under the 10+2 examination system.
- Must have secured a minimum of 50% aggregate marks from a recognized Board.

Important Trade-Specific Qualification
For Medical Laboratory Technician (Pathology), candidates must have passed 12th Class under the 10+2 system with Physics, Chemistry and Biology and must have at least 50% marks in both 10th and 12th. Relevant Class 10 and Class 12 certificates/mark sheets are required.
