CFMS Master Details Updation Process

For modify/change the master details, viz., Name, Surname, Date of Birth of Pensioner (DOB), Date of Joining(DOJ) into Service, AGGPF, GPF-IV, WCGPF, PRAN, APGLI, PAN, Mobile No.of Employee / Pensioner, we recommend you to send a physical copy with DDO covering letter/Treasury Officer forwarding letter (Cfms ID of the Employee, DDO Office official mail id, DDO contact Number & DDO Code Must be mentioned compulsorily) through post and addressing

ట్రెజరీ సైట్ లో ఉద్యోగి పేరు తప్పు పడినా లేదా సర్వీసులు చేరిన తేదీ మరియు ఇతర వివరాలు తప్పు పడినట్లు అయితే - వాటిని సరి చేయుటకు అంశాల వారీగా జత చేయవలసిన పత్రముల యొక్క వివరాలు.

For Employee Name correction the following documents should be enclosed with DDO attestation:

➤ SR copy xerox

➤ SSC marks xerox

➤ Aadhar xerox

➤ Gazette copy( in case of full name change)

➤ Please make sure that the name should be same in all supporting documents.

For DOJ correction the following documents should be enclosed with DDO attestation:

➤ SR copy Xerox (1st page & doj entry page - Name of employee must be noted on all S.R copies certified by DDO) 

➤Joining letter Xerox

➤Joining Report Xerox (in case of new appointment)

For Employee's Mobile Number correction the following documents should be enclosed with DDO attestation:

➤ Individual Representation

➤ DDO letter with reasons for changing mobile number

For GPF &APGLI Number updation: the following documents should be enclosed with DDO attestation:

➤ GPF Authorization/APGLI Bond

➤ DDO Letter

➤ Representation should be sent to the DTA by the Treasury Officer concerned only

For Pensioner's Name/DOB/Mobile Number corrections; the following documents should be enclosed with DDO

attestation:

➤ PPOion copy

➤ Individual representation

➤ Representation should be sent to the DTA by the Treasury Officer concerned only
