DY.GENERAL MANAGER: IT Head - NO. OF POSITIONS-(1)

i) Qualification: A graduate or a post graduate in discipline. Preference is given to candidate with an Engineering Degree and or other professional qualification like CISA or CISSP.

ii) AGE: Preferably less than 62 years.

iii) Experience: With an experience of 15 years in banking domain, looking after IT related functions with atleast 3 years in a leadership role and decision taking position.

iv) Pay Package: Commensurate with the Qualification & experience

Key Responsibilities:

➤ Thorough knowledge of functioning of modern Date Centre and Disaster Recovery site and functioning of Servers, Firewalls and other communication apparatus.

➤ Should be conversant with regulatory requirements and possess the capability to drive the IT team, so as to meet the various demand of User Department, vendors and regulators.

➤ Develops IT strategy in conjunction with organization and its objectives.

➤ Identify & recommend emerging information technologies to be assimilated, integrated, and introduced within Bank to become trend setter in the Banking industry.

➤ Establish and implement departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures of IT functions.

➤ Evaluate overall operations of computing and information technology functions and recommend enhancements.

➤ Oversees the development, design, and implementation of new applications and changes to existing computer systems and software packages.

➤ Responsible for consolidation of software & hardware infra for all locations to ensure resource optimization.

➤ Accountable for review, selection and monitoring of all relevant contracts (computing and information technology services and equipment), preparation and controlling of IT budget

➤ Develops and establish operating policies and approaches for computing and information technology - including data integrity, security, backups and disaster recovery planning.

➤ Provide direction, motivation and leadership to the subordinates

➤ To be up-to-date with compliance requirement of all the controllers about IT infrastructure within the Bank.

➤ Be very conversant with IT and Cyber threats and take suitable measures to protect IT infrastructure and assure the Management. To meet all security requirements as prescribed by the RBI and other controllers.

➤ Conversant with preparation of RFPs for IT projects, Tenders, drafting of notes for approvals, techno-commercial comparison and cost benefit analysis.

➤ SLA drafting and execution, SLA tracking for various outsourced IT projects.

➤ Understanding business requirements of the Bank and aligning of IT products in line with latest trends in Banking.

MANAGER (IT/CYBER SECUIRITY): NO. OF POSITIONS- (1)

i) Qualifications: A graduate in any discipline. An Engineering graduation is preferred.

Any Certification in Cyber Security

ii) AGE: Preferably less than 50-52 years

Experience: With a minimum experience of 05 10 years in similar capacity, in a reputed Organization, preferably leading IT/Cyber security Team

iv) Pay Package: Commensurate with the Qualification & experience.

Key responsibilities:

A Take overall responsibility for driving the IT and Cyber Security of the Bank as per standards, regulatory guidelines and best practices

Apprise the Management of current status of cyber security controls, gaps if any. 

compliance to various regulatory requirements

A Taking all care to protect the Data Centre, IT Infrastructure, communicational channels including security equipments as per compliance requirements and standarNotification

Manager (Technical) for IT Operations - NO. OF POSITIONS-(1)

1) Qualifications: A graduate in any discipline. An Engineering graduation is preferred. Any Certification from accredited institutions relating to Key Responsibility areas.

2) AGE: Preferably less than 50-52 years

3) Experience: With a minimum experience of 05-10 years in similar capacity, in a reputed Organization, preferably leading IT / IT Infrastructure team, proven capability in leading Teams of Data Centre and IT infrastructure.

4) Pay Package: Commensurate with the Qualification & experience.

Key responsibilities:

➤ Overall in-charge of Banks IT Infrastructure

➤ Should have the capability to maintain various equipments like Servers, Communication equipments, Security appliances in a Data Centre.

➤ Should be conversant with software licensing requirements

➤ Responsible for

➤ of Hardware and Software as per approved plans, organizing AMC, managing SLAS

➤ Needs to maintain the upkeep of all the IT infrastructure, enforcement of SLAS

➤ Maintaining the UPKeep of the infrastructure as per regulatory guidelines and standard practices.

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT-NO. OF POSITIONS - (01)

1) Qualification: Must possess a professional Qualification as a Chartered Accountant from ICAI (Indian Institute of Chartered Accountants of India).

2) AGE: Preferably less than 40 years.

3) Experience: With a minimum of 05-10 years of post-qualifica

5) tion experience in accounting, audit, taxation and financial reporting.

6) Pay Package: Commensurate with the Qualification & experience.

Key responsibilities

➤ Conducting internal audits to assess the Bank's financial health and operations.

➤ Identifying area for cost control and efficiency improvements

➤ Ensuring the bank complies with the tax regulations, verifying filing of tax returns and advising on tax planning

➤ Helping the Bank in preparing financial projections and forecasts to support static planning and decision making.

➤ Providing advice on financial and business decisions, to help bank optimize its financial operations

➤ Preparing reporting for government agencies and regulators, ensuring the Bank meets all required legal and financial standards

Compensation for the above positions will be commensurate with Age, Qualification, Experience and Proficiency in the job assigned, and attractive under CTC. Age relaxation in deserving cases.
